Every design is modeled in micrometer-accurate 3D CAD and printed into high-resolution resin patterns. The lost-wax vacuum casting process eliminates micro-porosity, guaranteeing silky smooth contours and enduring structural density.

Our master karigars hand-set flawless AAA+ Swiss cubic zirconia and lab gemstones under 10x binocular stereomicroscopes. Stones are locked with micro-prongs and bezel lips to prevent loosening and fabric snagging.
