1. Returns Eligibility
You may return any unworn, undamaged jewelry item in its original luxury packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Custom engraved items are not eligible for returns.
2. Refund Processing
Once we inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
